Shipping Policy

At Wo Wo Le, we’re committed to delivering your wellness moments with care and efficiency.
 

Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Singapore. For special corporate or bulk orders outside of Singapore, please reach out to us directly at admin@wolebn.com OR enquiry form.

 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

 

Shipping Fees

Flat fee of $8.00 (waived for orders above $60).

Our shipping policy is designed to provide clarity on shipping time, area, and costs. We use reliable and efficient shipping methods to ensure that your product reaches you in perfect condition. Our aim is to build trust and loyalty with our customers by being transparent about our shipping processes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel good about every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility
We reserve the right to decline a return if the product has been opened, tampered with, or is returned without valid reason.

 

However, if your order:

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Contains the wrong items, or

  • Is incomplete,
     

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, with clear photo/video evidence and your order number. Once verified, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

     

Note: Requests made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Need to cancel or make a change? Reach out to us through Whatsapp OR drop us a Call within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes as your order will already be in processing.
